Autodesk Construction Cloud Discussions

We use this platform to be a single source for all project files. To eliminate the need for other sites like drop box having a way to share files would be essential. Also a way to share items or files to groups would be key instead of individually selecting members.

We recently connected one of our models to BIM 360 design to collaborate on a project with other disciplines. From our office, only I own a BIM 360 license. we have a few people that set up projects and they do not always set them up the same way, was wondering if anyone had a recommended way, of like who should be the admin on the project, who should just be able to view etc, looking for any advice

We can save the model back to the network, but it just takes time to download the PDF's and other information, it would be nice to .zip the file all up and archive it back to our network.

The one we use is outdated, looking to upgrade.

Sometimes in Revit the publishing to BIM360 will fail.

Insert View from File

If multiple users are working on the same work-set, and have progressed further without 1 user updating and syncing in between. Autodesk doesnt allow to sync saying the model cannot reconcile the changes and it is too old to update.
