What do you like best about Arduino IDE?

The software is easy to navigate, and the "verify" feature is a big help in troubleshooting code. The Arduino unit is affordable and can become so many things - versatility is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arduino IDE solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a circuitry and coding unit for gifted and talented students at the school where I teach. It's teaching students that accuracy is crucial and self-analysis is vital to eventually completing a successful task. It also lets them experiment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Arduino IDE?

It is easy to install and easy to use. Recent updates have made the management of libraries much easier. I use it for several versions of Arduinos and with the ESP8266. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Arduino IDE?

Sketches do not print well. I generally use another application to format the code for printing. It is slow to compile, especially for ESP8266 MCUs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
