We have great support and engagement from Aiven's engineers and customer support. They have gone above and beyond helping us with tests for disaster recovery and HA testing. We primarily use Aiven's Postgres offering, and they support tons of extensions and foreign data wrappers. Their datadog integration is turn key and provides good metrics out-of-the-box.
