With shared hosting, sometimes you do not get all of the features needed such as shell access or ability to create more complex sites and design. I would like to see some sort of hybrid where it gives the user/site owner more control over access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lets' face it, Wordpress sites get hacked. I generally use quite expensive providers (like WPEngine) to avoid this risk and it's worth every cent. However, for a side project I spun up a site on AccuWeb and I am really grateful for their support.
