I recently submitted a review, but it was rejected with the reason: "Unable to Verify Use." I had written 5 reviews of IBM products, and all were rejected. I even submitted login screenshots 4 times, yet they kept asking for the same thing.
Review Rejected Message: "Unable to Verify Use: Our moderation team was unable to approve your review because we could not verify your firsthand professional use of IBM App Connect. Providing more information on how you’re using it in a place of work, such as a logged-in screenshot that contains identifying company information, will make it easier for our team to validate your review"
Since there was a $25 reward per review, I feel this might be the reason G2 is not publishing my review. Also, for the last 2 months, it seems like the G2 review team has not been working properly. Has anyone else faced similar issues?
