Using IQ Bots in reading structured PDF files.

Suppose if there are 10000 invoices in pdf format, iq bot is ideal approach to use. But how to group or separate PDFs for processing through IQ Bots, with same format and the ones which are in different format, in that 10000 bulk records. Is there a way to automate that??
